Good characterization, has a lot going on. He's serious and polite but also enjoys sperging about his hobbies, and ends up doubting himself and traveling to grow and match the player's ability. Is rich and gives zero fucks about it (giving away his villa in Sinnoh). Overall, maybe the champion that got the most depth through the various games he appeared in (even though, I won't pretend he's that deep, this is pokémon after all). Also, he looks amazing
