For Charizard, it's because it's a dragon and dragons are known to be very powerful. It have Fire Blast, Hurricane, Focus Blast because they are super powerful moves. Also Dragon Pulse because that's the closes it have for a super powerful dragon move.
Now here Cinderace and it's moves are supposed to match both it's typing and sport it's based on. Pyro Ball and HJK are easy to understand on it's own, then you have Acrobatic where soccer players need to be to fast and limber. Iron Head is because Gunk Shot wouldn't work for a Fighting type since throwing trash would be consider dirty fighting and hitting the ball with your head.
