>>36683662>>36683263Part of the problem with Togekiss is that it's art is so fucking bad I can scarcely tell what it's actually supposed to look like. In some cases it's portrayed with a beak-like front to it's body that comes to a point and other times it's face it totally flat in the front like here. As well as it having the wings basically doing what the fuck ever they feel like on a case by case basis.
Easily one of the least consistent Pokemon designs, it's a shame that both evolutions failed to improve upon Togepi.
