There are two versions
One version the starter is Pikachu
The other version the starter is Eevee
These games are Kanto reimaginations.
I want to clear some more things up. The image of a trainer riding Lapras with an Eevee on his head was real, albeit an early demo in which we used to test out what we could do on the Switch.
