A teenage boy who was taken in by the cult years ago when it first started, the loyal underdog has risen to become a sort of secret disciple of Cyrus'.
As a result, he has been sent out on a secret mission...
Team Galactic needs to secure power over the region as absolutely as they can. And one of the primary pathways to doing such a thing is easy.
Simply become reigning Champion of every trainer in the Pokémon League.
Percival has been tasked with becoming that champion. He's set out with a party of three and a few goals in mind.
>Spread Team Galactic's influence by putting up leaflets and posters wherever he goes.
>Take the gym challenge and earn badges to legitimately play the system.
>Collect unusual Pokémon to assist in Team Galactic's research whenever possible.
>And, of course, become Champion.
There have also been reports of International Police spreading across the region to thwart Team Galactic's plans. That won't do. They'll have to be intercepted whenever possible, too...
With his motives set in stone and his party rather inconspicuous, Percival finds himself in prime position to start his undercover journey.
