Omanyte and Omastar can swim pretty well within the ocean with its arms and use them to catch prey.
It is thought that Omastar is the far ancestor of the 8-armed Octillery.
Its many extremities that come out of its body are really similar, aren't they?
Why did they become extinct?
Both Omanyte and Omastar became extinct. We seem to know that Omastar's reason was because its heavy shell made it hard to move and catch prey.
