In USUM in the postgam you can even see her being self-aware of what a terrible mother she was because of how her obssession to find Mohn twisted her, both into changing her original goal (From finding Mohn to wanting to adopt Ultra Beasts) and the way she acted with her children.
She reminds me of certain character from Umineko because of that.
