I'm very fond of Altaria, but it's really unclear to me why it's a Dragon. I don't buy the Bulbapedia trivia bit about Peng. The mythology seems very shaky and has little to do with dragons and less to do with clouds. I think Altaria, being the mystic, majestic kind of creature it is, just got saddled with Dragon because it was the go-to "magic" type before Fairy came along. Now it gets both.
