6 is stellar, really the most fun I have ever had with a pokemon game since generation 3. Everything is just superb.
Generation 3 has by far my favorite region in terms of music, characters, design, terrain, environments. My second generation after 2 and my first gen completed.
Generation 2 was really good, not a fan of the graphics in the games other than crystal in comparison to the other games but the game itself and the postgame content especially is phenominal
Generation 5 was great in terms of pokemon design and introduced a ton of new things. I liked the sound effects especially. Never finished this gen.
Generation 1 had a ton of problems and aged poorly, but it still started everything and has the magic you would expect from it. The original. Generation 3 remakes were awesome.
Generation 4 was really slow in pace, but was still great. I liked a lot of the pokemon designs and there was a ton of legendaries to catch, but the elite four was forgettable in comparison to generation 1 and 3 and so were most pokemon designs.
