A Donphan and Phanpy that are father and son work in one of the hub towns and serve as the local move reminder and move deleter, respectively.
The Donphan is self-proclaimed "Master of Memory" and can help Scrafty remember moves he may have forgotten in the past. He operates for a small fee.
Phanpy on the other hand, is in training to one day succeed his dad, but he's not as good at remembering things as he is. In fact, he forgets shit more often than not. Because he's not allowed to haggle elders for money, he operates for free, and will help Scrafty forget any unwanted moves.
By the end of the game, their roles switch. The Donphan becomes too old and gets Alzheimer's, while Phanpy finally masters memory and takes care of his dad.
