I decided to be a little bit of a rebel and go for Pryce's GlacierBadge first and oh boy was that a mistake. I forgot that his levels got bumped up in HeartGold and that Blizzard from his Piloswine really hurts! Lag, sire! barely lived one but died to the Hail damage afterwards and despite Rat-at-'em's best flinching efforts (even managing to flinch it through all the potions) Piloswine barely lived at the last second and connected with another fatal Blizzard, Marginal avenging its long-time comrade with a Silver Wind. If it wasn't for the Shuca Berry I gave Typhoid before the battle he would have died too, I tried to Fire Blast Piloswine after Lag, sire! died and of course missed, Mud Bomb did 40/81 HP after that and I swapped out immediately after!
Time to rebuild and keep fighting, Newton and Figaro should do good against the Cianwood Gym, and finally stealing that Metal Coat to evolve Zirconix should do something against Jasmine!
