As for the enemy team, they are going to be a small time gang who abduct Pokemon as a means to pay for their non-Pokemon related endeavors. They are first going to show up in 4th town, but I like the idea of them showing up again at the lake.
>>34434714That mountain isn't going to be as central to the region as it appears in that picture. The plan right now is to have the region shaped like pic related. The picture is obviously really crude and not to scale or anything, but the mountain is going to be moreso in the upper left of the region than in the center.
Also, I don't plan for the player to get surf until about the halfway point. They're going to surf from Sunset Bay to the second half of the region.

I was thinking about not having those blocks in the river at all. The only thing keeping you from going down river is not having Surf.
