Born in the Alola region Nova was always fascinated by space. So much so that her entire life essentially revolved around the subject. To her first partner Elgyem to her wild outlandish theories about what lied beyond the final frontier. Unfortunately, her hyper-fixation led to her being outcasted by her peers. Save for her parents, who didn't get her interests but still supported her. One night, when hiking up Mount Hokulani alongside her family Nova Synex came across a shooting star. She made a wish upon that star and that wish was to see what lied beyond. Unbeknownst to her said "star" was actually Jirachi, who heard her wish. Not a moment later an ultra-wormhole opened up to swallow her whole. Nova's parents might've been able to save their child had it not been for a stray Beldum knocking her and itself into the portal. When she came to, Nova finds herself in a alien world. And she was happy, because this is what she wanted, so she spent the next years of her life living out her dream traveling across the many different worlds of ultra-space together with Beheyeem and Metagross. Until one voyage where she came across a Gothitelle. For some reason this Gothitelle unnerved Nova and she would soon find out why when the Gothitelle spoke and said, "You will never see your parents alive." These words shook Nova to her core. While Nova's parent never understood her, they loved her, and she loved them back. She didn't want to die before telling them of her grand adventures. So jumped across space and time to get back to her own world. But it was already too late, for when she got back. Her mother and father were dead and buried. The talking Gothitelle would appear again and repeat the words "You will never see your parents alive."
Nova's gym is a space station orbiting the planet. Her gym challenge is a simple quiz about ultra-wormholes ultra beasts and everything else related to it. The Questions can up to 10.
