I expect them to do a Gen 9 and listen to all of the worst suggestions players have first, utterly ruining the series in their panic instead of just doing what they started doing.
And then Gen 10 is just Go... People like Turner get consigned to the mobiletrash credits as the designer for new 'mons while most of them worth a damn vacate to a new company which produces a spiritual successor in about a decade.
