Just finished the first leg of my Nuzlocke journey to save the Pokemon from my friend's old Leaf Green cartridge. My goal is to Nuzlocke through Diamond (which is practically a blind run since I haven't played since it came out) and Black 2 (completely blind run, never played before), so that I can transfer them safely into the Pokemon Bank.
There's no reason for this, I just wasn't finding motivation to play Pokemon and thought it would be fun. So far it is.
