And aside from that, it's just the usual. Stay on an earlier version of Android (<7), enable mock locations for your spoofing app (GPS Joystick, in my case), and enjoy.
Oh, and don't be a retard who warps from one side of the planet to the other in two minutes. The game softbans you if you "travel" faster than what it deems possible (i.e., a plane). Just give some time between warps and you'll be fine.
