Typically most games have clauses along the lines of the product being licensed, not sold, to the consumer (so that you can't do something like the people who made Hunt Down the Freeman did since even though you possess the game's assets, you don't actually own them), and that any refund/revoking of the game means you're to part with it in its entirety.
For online games, they usually have a catch-all somewhere in there that your permission to access the game may be revoked if you do something to harm the company or experience for other users. I haven't read Themthem's terms since that would involve buying the game, but I'd imagine that they're no exception.
