Blizzard would be icing on the cake and would make sense on it, also letting it hit 4x Ice weak Dragons and Aerodactyl really hard. Both of those moves would also put a massive dent on Mega Ampharos more than Focus Blast. One of the bulkest Electrics you'll ever face. Its not about having unresisted coverage, the fact that it can't hold a damage enhancing-item to increase it's damage output would really prevent it from scoring any important KOs. That's why you need a powerful STAB move and lots of SE coverage to back it up, otherwise it would be shutdown easily by bulky shit. Do you see my point through all this now?
