reborn has so much optional content that is worth doing due to all the really nice incentives, like the ability to shop more at the goldenrod mall-esque shopping department and getting really nifty pokemon for your troubles
anyway on unrelated news i had to go aaaaaaaaaall the way back to beryl ward just to get a golett so i can then breed it to try and get a spicy golurk to abuse the gym leader's trick room spam
oh yeah trick room is a legitimately viable if not downright broken strategy in this game and you get it from the psychic gym leader
