>>55398640>react to losing a matchAt this point with how much she has honed herself over a year and a half it'd probably take someone like Cynthia again to do the job. She's generally learned how to sidestep or outright power through field hazards and status moves. She also tends to highly take advantage of how little of a synchronous link Pokemon and Trainers on average have and how a Pokemon without a tight mental link to their Trainer are the most prone to the "everyone has a plan till they get punched in the face" effect and that even some strongly bonded pairs still struggle with it just as even professional fighters in real life do.
So it often comes down to a contest of raw power since she has over the years begun developing answers to just about every attempt at subverting the need for raw strength to win. And of course very few can really overcome that kind of mountain. BUT when she was less experienced and riding solely on her sheer, unrefined strength, she'd often fly into seething tangents about status and hazard spammers if they won and she'd quietly grump off and just vanish if she lost a contest of raw power like she technically did vs Cynthia.
