i don't see why people think having no guard with only one move to abuse it is a waste
i mean look at mega gardevoir - pixilate is only good for giving it a base 117 fairy stab in hyper voice, but it's still solid ou material despite that and its middling speed
while i appreciate that big bird isn't gonna be hitting quite as hard and hurricane doesn't ignore subs, it's also in a much better speed tier and has a 30% confusion chance
having said that i doubt it'll break into ou, but i seriously doubt it'll drop below uu either
