ORAS Courtney is an actual scientist, so assuming she got her degree, she'll be young to mid-20s at the very least. PokeSpe Courtney is much harder to tell, but she was canonically friends with Daisy Oak before moving to Hoenn. Daisy's Blue's OLDER sister and Blue is 15 or 16 minimum by the Ruby/Sapphire arc. Daisy and Courtney are 17 minimum at that point in time, and that assumes that Blue's parents popped him out literally a year after his sister. PokeSpe Courtney is likely in her very late teens to early twenties at that point.
