>>51591347Fearrow doesn't seem like a bad design to me, I would have liked it to be used as the first Boss with an NPC at the beginning of your adventure or even something similar to Snorlax where a tree/bush interrupts your path and when you use cut it appears with a fairly decent level .
The real problem I find with Fearrow is its poor color palette (is it me or was Kanto abusing the color brown?) as well as not getting the dark type with the arrival of GS, just so as not to overshadow the recent Mukrow.
