Yes, Generation Five! There is no game in the canon I feel is more deserving of a few words of appreciation than dear B/W/B2/W2. Hundreds of Game Freak employees worked tirelessly every day and every night, spending every waking second of their life on to create these masterpieces. They added dozens of new soulful Pokemon and a completely unique region and story that takes place in the most powerful country in the world. They didn't even ask for overtime compensation despite working all day, but do it simply because they wanted our series to be the best possible version of itself it can be.
And who gets to enjoy the fruits of dear Gen 5's hard labor? We all do, of course! Without sweet old Unova, /vp/ would be inundated with Kanto shitposts about battling and nostalgic circlejerking and other unbecoming topics that have no place on an imageboard for gentlemen. So here is a sincere declaration of thankfulness... to Generation 5.
