There’s already no national dex In Galar, which means not every Pokémon is returning and everyone is pissed, but let’s talk about a possible furtherance of the absolute stupidity of Gamefreak. Let’s say your favorite Pokémon is Tyranitar. Tyranitar as you know is in the Galar Pokedex, however it is entirely possible that the Tyranitar line won’t be available until after the elite four in the game. Now if Gamefreak was somewhat competent, you would think it would just be easy to simply transfer a larvitar from the gen 7 games and use it on your team throughout your adventure, as larvitar can be obtained on the second island in USUM, Imagine if Gamefreak wouldn’t allow you to use Pokémon home to transfer the Pokémon until you became champion and there was no postgame content.
