>>22320719Zapdos has been my bro since the beginning. I was never allowed any handhelds but my older sister was really into games and grabbed an N64 along with Pokemon Stadium/2, despite parent disapproval, and we weren't allowed to touch it. I'd sneak and use it when no one was around. I always had to have Zapdos on my team - I forget how I first used it, but I never went back. I'd go through the motions whenever I used thunder and yelled it out too, hoping it'd hit, and I'd always praise it after hitting and winning a battle. I relied on it to win on basically every fight and went through every mode and gym leader battle with it, and it's always held a little special place in my heart since then. I've always loved its typing and how it wasn't weak to electric and how hard it could hit and how spiky and threatening it was and its cry and animation and everything. My ultimate bro.
I can't say much else other than that I am truly sad about your loss, anon.
