A one-off item that has a use in breeding is infinitely more useful than a stupid Gengar. What do people want the Gengar for?
It's post-game so can't be used in the main story, it'll have a shit nature and IVs so can't be used in post-game facilities.
If it's to register Gengar in the Pokédex then that means you have no friends to trade with so you won't be completing the Pokédex anyway.
So why is everyone who played this game in a collective rage over not being able to obtain this single Gengar?
