It's a Water/Ice Loch Ness monster, with a great design and the typing is all kinds of okay!
Its stats aren't so great minus its HP count, but my favorite attack to give one is Avalanche as it compliments its low speed!
I would like to see a Mega Evolution of Lapras, but as far as I know, it has not been confirmed, and it will make me sad if Lapras did not make the 'Mega' cut because it is awesome, and I would like to run one out of pure adoration.
