By that logic, I can say pic related is bad because it doesn't follow the source material of a real raccoon. It's just a humanoid with raccoon bits painted on.
Additionally, I can just as easily say these opposing arguments can be summed up as "I don't like the way X is drawn in this picture, so it's bad!"
