Time is Space's bitch. Time is the human concept made to measure causality and motion, which depend on objects in space. Sufficiently large masses stretch time within their influence and squeeze time everywhere else relative to it. Even larger, and time just fucking eats shit (see: singularities). & to Electromagnetic Radiation (gamma rays, radio waves, microwaves, and LIGHT) time DOESN'T EVEN EXIST. From it's reference point it propagates A to B instantly. Time has no power where waves just straight up deny it.
In short, Dialga blows chunks and until we see him break causality like Celebi can he always will.
