I love how weird a lot of these beta pokemon are, as either evolutions or standalone designs. They weren’t afraid to go all out with their ideas. Its a shame they were toned down and made “safer” and that’s still in effect even today. Pokemon with strange/creative anatomy and theming always tend to be my favorites.. maybe that’s why I like gen 8’s fossils so much and not much else from swsh.
