There is very little gender diversity currently, from what I've seen in the trainer chart threads, /VP/ is about 80% guy's
I think we should start by not having these pokegirl threads all the time, they do a pretty good job at scaring away most girls who come to this site, with the added bonus of sending a (false) message that we do not welcome lgbt folk by pretty much turning it into a porn board like /d/
Secondly I noticed that many of the guys here hold pretty unhealthy misogynistic beliefs, if we could get at least 40% of them to call out anyone who says shit like "tits or gtfo" or "here is your (you)" every time someone reveals their a girl it would make girls feel more safe here
I am a girl myself and I'd like to see more girls on /vp/, not that /vp/ is bad but some times it feels like a sausage fest here
