Eventually Alolan Snorlax became slightly slimmer and acquired longer feet to swim better. The silly pattern imitates tourists commonly found on the beaches, which gives tourists in need a sense of familiarity (I guessed Snorlax must be terrifying when they're not asleep and fucking running/swimming towards you)
