>>57365227In XY, you become overlevelled by 10 levels around the third gym in an already easy game and you never stop being 10 levels above everything else. It's just boring because it's not even something you have to go out of your way to do, it just happens naturally by playing with EXP share on. This is infinite times less fun than planning and fucking around with a lucky egg by sharing it among party members to make everyone overlevelled.
I just find nothing satisfying in the main story battles of X&Y. It's not even fun to speedrun and fuck around with. But it's absolutely saved by Amie, Amie is adorable.
