Best music, best visuals, and it's not overly childish. It's also very short and has great pacing IMO. The only major negative was the villain. "Lets destroy the world because I want Legendery pokemon in my collection" is not a great motivation, and I suspect it was something else in the initial drafts, but they changed it so it's simpler for kids to understand.
The Giratina movie was... fine. The villains motivation was atrocious again. Even worse than the 2000 one. He wants to take over the reverse world because... nobody would bother him there. Okay.
The Volcanion one was so boring, I could not finish it. It was also a CGI slopfest.
