Just double checked on that, had 100 prior to Gen IV then got buffed to 120
I was thinking more along the lines of around 80bp
Maybe Scald is a better thing to compare it to, not an absolute freezing since it is a pretty brutal status, but something a little better.
Every single Ice move that has a chance of freezing only has 10%
And its not impossible to get out of. I'd even settle for 60bp
