It doesn't have much to do that other psychics do already, except having a weird movepool. It's only saving grace is Shadow Tag, but even that's not too useful also I don't have one with Shadow Tag
My one runs Thief and Heal Block to mess with stallers and make funbro users cry. If I were involved in balancing it I'd lower it's attack stat, buff it's speed and defense, give it Infiltrator or Mold Breaker and let it learn Entrainment so it can mess up Toxic Heal Gliscor
