try sacking a mon you think will be useless in the fight, and then bringing in the mon you want to use to deal with said enemy mon. Bulky pokemon generally just live hits and OHKO back, but if you're switching them in on non-resists then they're essentially taking a hit for free, which is obviously bad. As for stallers, try a status move like wisp or toxic, or pick up a mon that hits really fucking hard as a wallbreaker (e.g. kuuroba, water spout rainglock, you get the gist right). Also, try setting up with a mon when you feel like youre in a good spot to sweep, my shift gear uwotto and quiver dance fairileon basically swept the Fochun E4 on their own.
