Honestly, I'm really kind of underwhelmed with Mikaila so far. In almost every scenario, she's less reliable a choice for fights than my other team members. That being said, she's the special tank of the team, so I don't feel like dropping her. I'm probably just gonna run a 7 member main squad. Spreading the exp out by rotating one main member seems reasonable anyway.
