This isn't the worst team, but the fact that it can't do a single thing to Sableye is pretty funny. Keep in mind Sableye in the cave that's right next to the gym and you have to go to that gave to get Steven, and Sable is is a relatively common mon there, and this problem didn't exist in RS because Makuhita had Knock off.
>>51754465The insulting part is that the common justification give for Sinnoh having almost no fire types is that Sinnoh is supposed to be cold, But the fact that Sinnoh barely has any ice types either shows that the lack of both types is due to Sinnoh simply not having enough Pokemon. That's what happens when you arbitrarily limit yourself to a regional dex of 151 mons, bloat your regional dex with repel bait from Kanto, and have most of the newly introduced pokemon be evolved forms that are locked behind post game items/gimmicks. If Johto's dex "can't stand on its own", Sinnoh's dex can't stand at all.

Imagine if Gen 2 didn't let you breed any eggs until Kanto, or if Gen 3 didn't let Pokemon have abilities until the Battle Frontier.
