>>40015605Specifically, the opening animations. They were getting very formulaic. Alola!! wasn't that great, but specifically Mirai Connection and Kimi no Boken, the second and third openings, were really nice. Mirai Connection itself is just a really good song, but somehow they nailed the animation to be perfectly and almost kinda comfy. Kimi no Boken is super high energy and the shot of all Ash's Pokemon battling definitely matches that energy. Every shot is well animated and dare I say, SOULFUL. Pic very much related. I'm gonna miss this little guy too.
