>>35498309The leaks never said that the games wouldn't release in 2019. I'm fairly certain that Gamefreak will take some time developing the games. Plus, most of the leaked games are dropping 2019 anyway. Either way, I'm glad that release date wars are pretty much dead now.
I also think it may've been lucky guesswork, as I doubt they'd add a character to Smash that can't jump, but that's a different story.
