>>27899039Nintendo made Paper Mario on the 64 and it was great.
Then they made TTYD on the Gamecube and it was also great, arguably better than the original (though some disagree).
Then they made Super Paper Mario, which was really different (it was a platformer) and it was controversial, but still not a bad game on its own.
Nintendo killed the series with Sticker Star though, which was a dumbed down RPG compared to the first two, with no new characters (the characters that aren't generic toads can be counted with one hand), Bowser being almost nonexistant personality-wise, and pointless gameplay. You attack with cards that go away after a use, but they removed the experience system entirely, so the only benefit you get from fighting enemies is getting coins that you can only spend on cards after already using up cards to defeat them in the first place, so it's quicker and more efficient to run away from all non-boss encounters since you get nothing from fighting. It was bad.
Now Nintendo is making Paper Mario:Color Splash, which is exactly the same as Sticker Star with all the same problems. Nintendo completely ignored all the criticism given by their fans and are creating a game nobody will buy, because it's exactly like the last game and nobody liked the last game.
