Got nothing for pseudo legendaries and i like the idea of your rival to be your sibling (the gender you didn't pick is your sibling obviously) and not much for gym leaders or elite four beside them being grass, poison, bug and fairy type perhaps have a sports motiff (as sports are huge in latin america) a football player, baseball player, etc.
