There's too many sickly greens and a particularly awful shade of purple/pink used in shinies. My personal opinion. A shiny should look different enough to be worth the effort and stand out, but not completely ruin the design of the mon. It also shouldn't be so subtle that no one can tell which one's a shiny and which one is normal variant when side by side.
