I was gonna use him because I usually enjoy the bird Pokemon, and Talonflame looked pretty sweet, but I wasn't expecting too much. Then he was revealed to have lowish offenses and I was ready to write him off. Holy shit. He hits surprisingly hard for ~80 Attack thanks to his high-power STABs. Flame Body was awesome ingame, and GALE WINGS is fucking incredible. I'm shocked how well he turned out. Apparently he's pretty decent competitively too.
