I actually cannot stand any form of Pokephilia or whatever people are calling it. I mean, not from a moral standpoint- people can do whatever they want to do with their art, but- it's so damn gross.
>anywayHe- grew up with the series and I didn't, so we have this weird nostalgia gap thing. It's probably nice for him, because he gets to watch me fumble around with crap he figured out when he was probably- ten or twelve. We only started really battling each other with X & Y, because it's more accessible and- well, yeah.
We also play Monster Hunter together, and have D&D nights with a few other couples. It's just one big unending nerd romance.
