I don't really expect my parents to love pokemon, after all if they don't like it fine I'm not going to constantly bring it up to the point where they think I have a problem. However, I do like how on the occasion that I do talk about pokemon my mom would always chime in and talk about how my favorite pokemon as a kid was squirtle. So it's nice that they least try to share some understanding of pokemon for me.
