Instead of bitching about the games, tell us how it should've been
Generation 6
>Pokemon X/Y is released, nothing changes and that's it.
>ORAS stays the same, but actually have the Battle Frontier
>Then comes Pokemon Z, basically Gen 6.5, and is a enhanced remake of X/Y, just like Platinum. This is time we're introduced to Southern Kalos where they have brand new Pokemon, some cross-gen evolutions, and more Mega Evolutions
Generation 7
>S/M stays all the same, but also introduces to new mechanic called Synchro (Bond Phenomenon). Based on friendship and the more you interact with Pokemon on Refresh, they gain a new form with stats boosted at one stage. Exclusive to Alolan Starters and Kalos Starters. Oh yeah, the last game of 3DS and National Dex b/c fuck it.
>Pokemon Stars is merely S/M HD. Takes place two years after the game. Because of Alolan Forms being popular, we're given more from other regions instead of just Kanto. New Trial Captains and Gyms are mixed into the Trials. Plot is merely Ultra Recon Team being the antagonists b/c they wanna take control of Alola. More UBs, some Megas, and yeah National Dex is back.
>Pokemon Sparking Yellow and Shining Auburn (LGPE) actually takes place during Stars, as Lillie's now the champion of Kanto. Your Partner Pokemon are actually affected by Z-Power, giving them higher stats. Post-game is visiting Alola.
Generation 8
>SW/SH is now Breath of the Wild, actually meets the fans' expectations
