But in Crystal, Teddiursa's moveset is pretty underwhelming until you get Headbutt in Ilex, or Return in Goldenrod (on a Sunday...). And Ursaring needs to use his mediocre 75 SpAtk for Ice and Thunderpunch in gen 2 instead of his busted 130 Atk. still one of the easier Pokemon to rush through the game with, though.
